 1.⁠ ⁠What is your refund or transfer policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers. Please ensure you’re able to attend before purchasing.

 2.⁠ ⁠Are your events 19+?
Yes. All of our events are strictly 19+. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.


 3.⁠ ⁠Are your events women-only?
Many of our events are women-only, and this will always be clearly stated in the event description.

Some larger Canna Sober–hosted events (such as holiday parties, Halloween, and New Year’s) are open to the public with ticket purchase.

We recommend reviewing the event details carefully before purchasing to ensure it’s the right fit for you.


4.⁠ ⁠Can I bring my own cannabis?
Yes! You’re absolutely welcome to bring your own cannabis to our events.


 5.⁠ ⁠Where are your events located?
Our events take place in London and the surrounding area.
Exact locations are shared with ticket holders 48 hours before the event.


 6.⁠ ⁠How do your virtual sessions work?
For virtual events, you’ll receive a curated package in the mail ahead of time.
This includes swag, goodies, and materials for a shared activity.
During the session, we connect online, enjoy the goodies together, and participate in a guided experience designed to be fun, interactive, and memorable.


 7.⁠ ⁠What can I expect from an event?
Every event is a little different, but you can always expect:

•⁠  ⁠A curated swag bag with cannabis goodies
•⁠  ⁠Features from local brands and businesses (both cannabis and non-cannabis)
•⁠  ⁠A vendor, service provider, or guided experience
•⁠  ⁠A welcoming, community-driven atmosphere


 8.⁠ ⁠Do I have to consume cannabis to attend?
Not at all. While our events are cannabis-friendly, there is no pressure to consume.

 9.⁠ ⁠Is cannabis provided at the event?
Some events may include sponsored products or samples, but this varies. Details will be shared ahead of each event.


10.⁠ ⁠What if I don’t receive my virtual package in time?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. We recommend registering early to allow enough time for shipping.

11.⁠ ⁠Can I attend if I’m not in Canada?
For virtual events, U.S. participation options are available at this time.

For in-person events, you’re welcome to travel and attend; however, travel and accommodations are not included.
